Wouldn't you like to watch me do an entire arm routine? I can begin with the curling bar. We'll start with two 20lb. plates on each end and look at those arms. Watch me from bum. Look in the mirror. Put both your hands on my muscles arms and stroke those cannons. Watch me curl this weight right up to my chest. I'm only warming up. Give me two more ten-pound plates. Do you like the vascularity in my bulging muscles? Squeeze them while I flex and lift. Do you think the veins on my biceps are nice? Would you like to lick them while I flex?
